How It Works

The Recycle & Earn program is designed to make recycling simple for the public while giving customers a cashless way to receive their refund.

1

Register Online

Submit your customer details through the online registration form. You can register as a residential customer or business customer.

📝
2

Prepare Your Recyclables

Separate your eligible recyclables before delivery. Clean, sorted items help speed up processing at the depot.

♻️
3

Drop Off at Depot

Bring your recyclables to an approved Waste Management depot. Depot staff will record the item type, quantity, and payout amount.

📍
4

Receive Your Payout

Once processed, your payout can be prepared through E-Moni. Make sure your mobile number is registered for E-Moni.

📲

What Can You Bring?

The first focus is on common recyclable containers such as beverage bottles and cans. More eligible items may be added as the program expands.

Clean & Sorted

Please remove general rubbish and avoid mixing recyclables with prohibited or contaminated waste.

🚫

No Mixed Waste

Mixed waste, hazardous waste, and unsorted loads may slow down processing or be rejected.

Tip: Separate your recyclables at home or work before visiting the depot. This supports the Cook Islands goal of reducing waste and improving recycling.
