Register Online
Submit your customer details through the online registration form. You can register as a residential customer or business customer.
Prepare Your Recyclables
Separate your eligible recyclables before delivery. Clean, sorted items help speed up processing at the depot.
Drop Off at Depot
Bring your recyclables to an approved Waste Management depot. Depot staff will record the item type, quantity, and payout amount.
Receive Your Payout
Once processed, your payout can be prepared through E-Moni. Make sure your mobile number is registered for E-Moni.

The first focus is on common recyclable containers such as beverage bottles and cans. More eligible items may be added as the program expands.
PET Plastic Bottles
Plastic beverage bottles are part of the ARDF recycling stream and can be returned through approved refund depot processes.
Aluminium Cans
Aluminium beverage cans are eligible recyclable items and should be separated before drop-off.
